Updates At Ideal Beauty Effective September PLEASE READ!!

Members of Ideal Beauty,


Masks- we are asking that ALL clients wear masks in the building and in the main office. This is for your safety and the safety of the technician. Please remain in the waiting room (mask on) until your technician calls you into the procedure room. Please do not bring any additinal guest with you including children.


Cancellation Policy- starting September the cancellation policy will be strictly enforced! If a client cancels under 12 hours of their appointment time they will need to pay the $25 cancellation fee before booking their next appointment. Same day cancellation is a 50% charge of missed appointment. You will not have the ability to book your next appointment until the fee is paid. Any pre booked appointments will be removed from the system until cancellation fee is paid. Please send Venmo to your technician immediately upon the cancellation.


Beyond 3 Week Lash Fills- there has been a new service added to the service tab for clients that are past the three week mark needing a lash fill. Please book this appointment if you’re previous lash fill was longer than 3 weeks. At Ideal Beauty our number one priority is to make sure that your natural lashes stay healthy during the time you are getting extensions. Waiting more than three weeks weakens the natural lash causing less growth and extensions to fall off far before your two week fill. Please note that to avoid needing to book out past the three week mark it is HIGHLY recommended that you pre-book your future appointments.


Phone Calls and Text- all phone calls and text will be done through an answering service. Ideal Beauty’s phone number will remain the same but our assistant Emily will be doing all of the answering. She has been fully trained on the system for booking and helping clients with any and all questions pertaining to Ideal Beauty. Please allow 12-24 hours for responses. If by chance she is unable to assist you I will recieve a phone call from me.
